Chloe’s is the best store online for all your beauty needs, and as such we offer, what we think is, the best and fairest refund and exchange policy there is.
Right of Return
When you purchase from Chloe’s you will have 14 days right of return starting from the day you received the product. If you choose to exercise your right of return, you must clearly indicate that you wish to do so. Your 14-day period right of return starts on the date you received your purchase.
When you return a product, the product must be in the same condition as when you received it. You may not use the product, although you naturally may carefully inspect it. If the product is damaged or lost due to negligence on your part, you forfeit your right of return.
When making a return, you must return everything that was included in the original delivery, including, but not limited to, all packaging used any extra gifts provided and the purchased product.
Exchange of product
When you purchase from Chloe’s you will have 14 days right to exchange the product, starting from the day you received the product. If you choose to exercise your right to exchange the product, you must clearly indicate that you wish to do so.
If you wish to exchange your purchase, for example because you want to change the color, Chloe's will pay any shipping cost incurred.
Chloe’s will pay any new postage charges incurred when sending the customer a new product.

Chloe's offers FREE return on all purchases.

Refund of returned products
If you have made a return to Chloe’s, we will refund your purchase price within 30 days from the day we received your return. If you have made a return to us, you are responsible for any return freight charges incurred when returning the product.
Additional information concerning Exchanges, Returns and Refunds
If any of the products purchased from Chloe’s came with a seal, and you break this seal you forfeit your right of return. If the product was delivered without a seal, you are allowed to carefully inspect the products. You are not allowed to use the products, and you must be able to return the products in the same condition as they were delivered to you.
Chloe’s is based in the United Kingdom, but in case of any disputes it is our policy to follow the customers national consumer protection laws and any recommendations issued by the customers national consumer advocacy groups or government sanctioned consumer protection agencies.
Chloe’s denies all responsibility for the hair if the hair is colored or bleached as we cannot guarantee the outcome no matter which method or methods is used.
